I'm Sultan Kautsar, a Founder & Engineer working across web engineering, Marketing Technology, and AI-native development.
My work has grown from building and maintaining websites into designing broader digital systems that connect infrastructure, analytics, tracking, automation, marketing tools, and software development.
Over the years, I've worked on more than 50 websites and supported businesses and agencies with development, maintenance, migration, technical SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking. A significant part of my experience has been working with agencies in Germany and other international markets.
I approach technology based on requirements rather than attachment to a particular stack. I choose the tools, platforms, and architecture that best fit the problem, constraints, and expected outcome.
AI is now an active part of how I engineer. I use it throughout research, planning, development, debugging, automation, and system design. I see AI-native engineering as a way to expand what an engineer can build and how efficiently ideas can move from concept to production.
I value simple systems, clear decisions, reliable execution, and minimal unnecessary complexity. Whether I'm working on a website, tracking architecture, internal workflow, or software product, I try to build things that are practical, maintainable, and effective.
