Recruitment needed more than a list of vacancies.
FlexyPack needed a dedicated career platform that could present open roles while supporting a recruitment process specific to the company. A generic career page would not provide enough control over the experience or the workflow behind it.
The platform also needed to remain practical for ongoing operation as vacancies, candidates, and recruitment requirements changed.
I owned the system from its initial build to operation.
I designed and built FlexyPack Career from the ground up, covering the public experience, the WordPress implementation, the custom code, and the business logic required by the recruitment flow.
My responsibility also extends to deployment, server operation, maintenance, and continued development after launch.
The recruitment process was treated as product logic.
WordPress provides the operational foundation, while purpose-built code handles the behavior that is specific to FlexyPack. This keeps content management accessible without forcing the recruitment process into a generic website structure.
The implementation connects vacancy presentation, candidate entry points, and the operating workflow as parts of one system rather than separate pages and forms.
FlexyPack now has a dedicated recruitment property.
The live platform gives candidates one place to discover opportunities and enter the recruitment process. Internally, the system can continue to evolve around FlexyPack's workflow because its core behavior is under direct technical control.
